Info: ulriken, bus terminal and Sunday shopping

This is the main bus station terminal, views surrounding are mountains. If you continue walking towards this mountain view, you´ll be on a much-used path that people use for walking, jogging, running, bicycling, walking with their dogs, strolling their kids. The path eventually also leads to the cable car which goes up one of the mountains called Ulriken. I tried to get a shot, but forgot to use my zoom!
The mountain view here, if you could walk over and look directly up and slightly to the right, is where my bus #11 walk photos were taken. If you walk straight up then to the left you can catch a bus to the airport. You can now either buy a ticket early elsewhere or use cash or credit card to buy a ticket from the bus driver.
This area of the bus station is the drop-off/pick-up point for  many tourist buses, and the usual buses from other parts of Norway
If you look very closely you can barely make out the cable car going up the mountain...if you use your imagination! Link to the site for more info

Inside view of the bus home on Sunday. Usually it´s full up as it only runs every few hours on Sunday. This open area behind the seats in the middle of the bus is for wheelchairs, strollers and large luggages. You can also put your strollers and large items under the bus.
View again out the window of the local islands on the way home...
