1) grilled salmon, over a creamy pasta. Tagliatelle, or egg noodles. Sauce from a cup of sour cream, and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
2) Grilled salmon with citrus. Sprinkle salmon with havsalt and white pepper, black pepper and fresh thyme and oregano. Dot with pieces of thinly sliced orange, grapefruit. Serve with a side salad of choice, such as barely steamed fresh spinach leaves, kale and shallots.
Our kids like both of these and ask me to make it all the time!:)

Grill or bake, til tender but not dry! Serve over jasmine or brown basmati rice, with a little bit of coconut milk. Or serve over green tagliatelle, with a little of the Roman parmesan.
