pizza bakeren box and pie

local organic bakery. I usually get prinsess boller which is a bit like a simple cinnamon roll (Not a cinnabon!), a juice or a cafe au lait and some tap water. Sometimes instead of the cinnamon roll, I get a freshly made hot individual pizza once they´re finished baking. They´re really good, so yes I do wait for them to finish baking. Outside there are tables where you can eat.

hmm, looks like I got the hot cocoa this time. It is served in glasses here (not just bakery but all over town) in glasses, not mugs. I get odd looks when I ask for a mug, so stopped asking and just wait til it cools off to less than melt your skin off,). I have no idea why someone thought it is a good idea to serve boiling hot drinks in glasses!,) Cultural differences, and I suppose it looks prettier?

Another place. MMMM cafe au lait, in a mug, another pastry, and a sarny (ham, cheese, salad on a split bakery bread. Not all this is mine, we´re sharing:)  The cheesecake is slightly different than either NY or Chicago types of cheesecake. This one is Norwegian, very light fluffy airy, made with a much lighter filling. It´s very good.
