This outfit, one of my faves, T bought for "me" at Lilla Gorilla in Lagunen, for our 5 year old daughter for her first winter when an infant. I kept it and used it for our youngest too, for her first winter. It´s snuggly, and great for snowy cold weather. Underneath, she would have on thin winter wools, and a winter blanket over that, as when outside before she could walk, she´d often be in her stroller.

As per the terrain, weather and frequent use here of said stroller, we´d spent quite a lot (about a 1000USD) on a all-terrain 3-wheel very well-made stroller, which I used most days in all weathers and all terrains. It was even good on many narrow rocky wet uphill mountain trails! It was great on cobbled streets, narrow streets, had a raincover. Great for going round sharp corners, easily managed with no struggles. And great to get up and down, street stairs or bus stairs, in and out of buses, etc. It last through 3 kids, and I will be giving it to someone else with a baby soon:)
The other outfit I liked for babies is this red wool zippered outfit. The feet and hands flip over to cover or not cover the feet and hands. And there´s a boot strap to help keep winter shoes on. Washable on the wool cycle. She liked to sleep in this too, so I got a second one for sleeping. This would not keep a baby dry in rain, but warm in cold. Baby would need something else over this to keep rain off! And would have thin winter clothing under it. The stroller had a thick see-thru rain cover for it. For cool weather, this, a thin wool onsies underneath, socks, mittens, and a winter blanket was usually fine. Stroller also had a snuggly warm squishy winter sleeping bag type bag for baby to be in, to keep baby warm. Many parents use sheepskins here to keep the babies warm in wintertime too.
