Autumn in the City: 1 House colors the color of autumn

It´s finally struck me that the house colors here are autumn. This time of year, wow, spectacular the way the home colors blend in so well with autumn colors of the surrounding trees, sky, mountains.

1) The black wood gym building with yellow ochre trim is exactly the color today of the yellowing tree leaves and black stone mountains

2) The barn red wood buildings are the color of the now autumn red of the trees and vines whose leaves are now a deep blood red. Red Virginia Creeper vine is very pretty now, and the red maple (?) trees.

3)The blue wood buildings of the bright deep blue, is like the deep autumn blue skies and fjord

4) The pumpkin orange buildings, the color of gourds and pumpkins.

5) All along the cityscape, colorful houses and offices amongst the fall foliage and trees, all in autumn colors of yellows, golds, burnt umbers, amber, greens, reds, orange-reds, rust, orange, pumpkin, ochre, black, navyblack, and not-quite-50 shades of grey,)
